Amenities: Tables, chairs, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher

General Information:

• Weekday Rentals – 7 AM – 8PM Monday-Thursday, 7 AM – 4PM Friday
• Weekend/Friday PM Rentals – 4PM -10PM Friday, 8AM – 10PM Saturday and Sunday
• Weekend Block Segments: Half Block = 5 hours / Full Block = 10 hours
• Access to the restroom from inside of the building
• Bring your own food (alcoholic beverages NOT permitted)
• The renter must be 21 or older to rent the Community Room
• In-person walk-through required 72 hours after request is submitted

Cost Information:

• Weekday Rentals – $75 per hour (minimum 2 hours)
• Weekend / Friday PM Rentals – $300 half day / $600 full day
• $100 Security Deposit
• Credit card fees are non-refundable
