Two (2) new Zoning Hearing Applications ZHB-2026-0011 & ZHB-2026-0012 to be heard as followed:
ZHB-2026-0011. The application of Stacey MacNeal on behalf of Haley Fuller (Anchor & Core, LLC) in reference to the property located at 3410 E Market St (Suite B & C). MacNeal is requesting an appeal of the Zoning Officer decision regarding Section 325-32 which does not permit the use of her business in that specified zoning district. The property is in the N-C – Neighborhood Commercial Zoning District.
ZHB-2026-0012. The application of Stacey MacNeal on behalf of Haley Fuller (Anchor & Core, LLC) in reference to the property located at 3410 E Market St (Suite B & C). MacNeal is requesting a special exception regarding Section 325-4.1 for the use of the business, Anchor & Core, LLC to be permitted or allowed by special exception in the N-C – Neighborhood Commercial Zoning District.
