Five (5) new Zoning Hearing Applications ZHB-2026-0013, ZHB-2026-0014,
ZHB-2026-0015, ZHB-2026-0016, & ZHB-2026-0017 to be heard as followed:
ZHB-2026-0013. The application of William Bailey in reference to the property located
at 1350 E Eleventh Ave. Bailey is requesting a variance regarding Section 325-142 for
the placement of a second shed in the side yard which is not permitted. The property is
in the R-7 Small Lot Single-Family Residential Zoning District.
ZHB-2026-0014. The application of Richard Drouillard in reference to the property
located at 4100 Camberlay Dr. Drouillard is requesting a variance regarding Section
325-121 for the installation of a 6ft fence in the front yard of a corner lot. The property is
in the R-10 Medium Lot Single-Family Residential Zoning District.
ZHB-2026-0015. The application of Thirunavukkarasu Gnanam in reference to the
property located at 206 Chadsworth Way. Gnanam is requesting a variance regarding
Section 325-139 for the construction of a deck that does not meet the rear setback. The
property is in the R-10 Medium Lot Single-Family Residential Zoning District.
ZHB-2026-0016. The application of Lucia Cohen in reference to the property located at
512 S Russell St. Cohen is requesting a variance regarding Section 325-134 for the
installation of a detached carport in the front yard. The property is in the R-7 Small Lot
Single-Family Residential Zoning District.
ZHB-2026-0017. The application of Dan Matthews in reference to the property located
at 3931 Sandra Dr. Matthews is requesting a variance regarding Section 325-142 for
the placement of a second shed in the side yard which is not permitted. The property is
in the R-10 Medium Lot Single-Family Residential Zoning District.
