Three (3) new Zoning Hearing Applications ZHB-2026-0018, ZHB-2026-0019, and ZHB-2026-0020 to be heard as followed:
ZHB-2026-0018. The application of Ronald Myers in reference to the property located at 100 Lyndhurst Rd. Myers is requesting a variance regarding Section 325-138 for the placement of a camper without the required front yard setback. The property is in the R-7 Small Lot Single-Family Residential Zoning District.
ZHB-2026-0019. The application of Tony & Catherine Florendo in reference to the property located at 251 S Harlan. Florendo is requesting a variance regarding Section 325-121 for their garden fence which encroaches the road right of way. The property is in the R-7 Small Lot Single-Family Residential Zoning District.
ZHB-2026-0020. The application of Thomas Gotwalt in reference to the property located at 390 Stonewood Rd. Gotwalt is requesting a variance regarding Section 325-141 for his pool which is located in the side yard of his corner lot property. The property is in the R-10 Medium Lot Single-Family Residential Zoning District.
