SWOMLEY Chairman Swomley called the Development Authority Reorganization Meeting to order at 7:43 p.m.

MR. SCHENCK NOMINATED MARK SWOMLEY AS CHAIRMAN, GEORGE DVORYAK AS VICE CHAIRMAN AND KATHLEEN PHAN AS SECRETARY/TREASURER.
MS. LANDIS NOMINATED GEORGE DVORYAK TO CONTINUE AS CHAIR, HERSELF TO CONTINUE AS VICE CHAIR AND KATHLEEN PHAN TO CONTINUE AS SECRETARY/TREASURER.
SWOMLEY Chairman Swomley called for the vote on the first motion.
MESSRS SWOMLEY, DVORYAK, SCHENCK AND PHAN VOTED IN FAVOR; MS. LANDIS VOTED OPPOSED. MOTION CARRIED 4/1.
APPOINTMENT OF ADDITIONAL PERSONNEL

MR. SCHENCK MOVED TO APPOINT KRISTEN DENNE AS CAO OF THE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY. MOTION UNANIMOUSLY CARRIED.
2. Financial Officer(s)
Current Financial Officer: Jack Hadge
Current Deputy Financial Officer: Sandy Ratcliffe
MS. LANDIS MOVED TO APPOINT JACK HADGE AS FINANCIAL OFFICER AND SANDY RATCLIFFE AS DEPUTY FINANCIAL OFFICER. MOTION UNANIMOUSLY CARRIED.
