Important Reminder for Removal of Snow and Ice – the owner, occupant or tenant of every property abutting a public street or highway along a public sidewalk, shall have the duty and responsibility to keep the sidewalk clear of any accumulation of snow or ice for the safety of pedestrians (please see Chapter 285, Article II, §285-6-11 – Springettsbury Township Code of Ordinances).
